Question Got all brave and de tango'd my bug eye lights....

As above, the only problem i have now is that the bulb is a 382 type (straight pins) and all coloured indicator bulbs (silvertech, normal orange ones, osram diadem) are all 581 (offset pins) .

Anyone know where i can get some good silver or diadem 382s?
Or any traders on here sell them???!!
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Matt

Good work.
You can get silvertechs in the straight type. I got them for another car once, where I needed offset instead. It was a few years ago, so not sure where I got them from.

Ebay ones look very shady! Was hoping here was official philips or Osram versions. However i'm struggling to find any- might have to go pikey.

Took the headlights off of the car
Used some long nose pliers to push the orange cover off of it's mounts
Then i got myself a good strong sharp set of small side cutters to chop up the orange cover, making sure i don 't scratch the reflective chrome paint inside the headlight.
