Classic Immobiliser Question
Bear with me if this doesn't make a lot of sense as I am new to Subaru ownership.
I am in the proccess of buying a replacement ECU for my 98 Uk Turbo 2000. I understand that the key has a transponder in it that is linked to the ECU and this is apparently included in the sale. Is this all I need to get the car up and running or is there a seperate immobiliser unit or something that I would need as well?
