Default Front dipped beam not level.

Changed to HID's, the bulbs are fitted correctly are in exactly the same position as previous bulbs.
They are also positioned the same as each other.

the one on the right seems to point higher than the one on the left which seems to be less bright face on. Can i adjust these and is there a specific way to get them level.

Cheers

Are they H4 fitment? This is common, unfortunately. The better kits have little screws on the bulb seat that can be used to level them and get good focus. Unfortunately, due to crap design, focus is NEVER perfect.

You can use the levellers on the lights themselves, little bolts that point upwards on the rear of the lights, but don't expect miracles.

If it IS a classic, it's why lots of folk are now saying leave HID alone. Stick to quality halogens.
