I am wanting to change a 1999 facelift dash classic to sti import stalks where wiper stalk is on left and lights on right, does anybody know if the plugs are the same on the looms between the sti RA and a uk car making this an easy swap?

Apparently not, there is some cutting and soldering to do.

Its far from a straight swap I'm afraid. The plugs are completely different, the mounting points for the stalks also are different as are the wiring colours.

Its do-able, I have the mounting of the stalks sorted but am going to save the wiring for later on in the year!!
