I have a MY95 dude and my beam is too high I keep geeting other drivers flashing there lights at me, if you find out how to alter before I do can you drop me a PM please?

The up/down adjusters are on the rear of each light, they have a hex-head for a socket to fit over, or a pozi-headed screw head, or both, the heads face upwards.
Best to site the car just in front of a wall, mark where the cutoff is on dip, and turn the adjuster by one full turn, noting which way the light goes, up, or down.
Then work from there.
