Default headight bulb

hi, n/s headlight bulb gone, does headlight need to come out to replace it? if it does how does it come out cos tried yesterday as described in manual by removing top two screws and third one behind grill but wouldnt budge. any idea? cheers

You, can get to the bulbs from behind without taking the units out, its fiddly and you need small hands!

To make more room you can undo the battery clamp and move or take the battery out.

For dipped its an H1 bulb, you need to take the unit out only to gain access to the sidelights or of course the detango job

Balck plack cover can be tight due to the rubber o ring, once this is off, unplug the connecting wire and spring clip holding the bulb, bulb out and replace with new.

I have the same problem now :-(
The black cover on mine does seem to be very tight, how is it supposed to come off?
Mine is the offside one btw, and the space is even tighter there :-(
