wiring up 2 sets of spotlights?
i assume that i will need another relay to power the second set, but can i use the wire that goes to high beam switch "twice"?(as its already being used by the first set) i dont want to overload it.

Yes, you can, you won't overload it since that wire is only carrying mA to trigger the relay. Just link into the first trigger wire and take it to the second relay terminal 85, from terminal 86 to earth, from battery via a fuse to terminal 30, and from terminal 87 to lights.
Remember that the wires FROM battery and TO lights ought to be thicker, 25A rated is good.
What two pairs of lights are you using? And how are they mounted? Pics would be interesting

its for my wifes 97`fiesta(nothing exciting!) halfords 6",wired up the first set no prob, stuck them on the front grille for the dark country roads! but think it could have another set lower down where the fogs would have been if they were fitted to make it more even(looks a bit top heavy imo)
if all goes well i might splash out on a fancy set of cibies for my bugeye...
cheers alcazar!

Boring pedant mode on/
If the centres of the lights are less than 24" ( or below level with the headlights ) then they SHOULD be fog lights that operate when main beam is not selected...
Boring pedant mode off/
Hella rule.... 1000FF from the states + HID = daylight
LOL
