Default I/C Not working

MY03 UK Sti`s I/C spray has quit working,
Checked both fuses which are fine but still have no power running to the switch......need help guys

Question

No power to the switch? So, did you check the fuses visually, electrically, or by replacing with a known good'un?

both fuse 4 and 13 are used for the I/C but are also used for other features which are working fine...

So problem is between fuse and switch? - the wiring is only 10cm between them so should be easy to rig up test wire to prove a break in loom.
Otherwise the switch is broken - has it been rewired to carry more than 1A?

The fuse is fine but there is no power at the switch...have already tried a different switch aswell.............

sure the wire has not come off on the rear of the fuse carrier?

Checked the pump motor? It's not another Subaru "switched earth" is it?

havn`t checked the pump as i have no power going to it......switched earth?????
