Can someone explain what they had to do to get the bulb section into the housing - do you have to cut the round plastic cover on the back of the headlamp to get the wires through?

 

So I guess you use a drill bit that matches the grommet? Do you make the orginal hole bigger or make a new one in the centre and leave the OEM wires in the old hole?

 

I made a seperate hole with a holesaw then fitted this and connected wires to existing wiring inside the headlamp, I mounted ballasts just behind the lights on the inner wing with double sided tape, all fine for the last 12 months
