Best Headlamp + Foglamp bulbs upgrade?

I'd like to improve the brightness of the bulbs by upgrading to better ones. What are the best value for money bubls that give the best output? Any blue tint bulbs available?

This has been done 2 death recently m8
But I`ll give u my reply to previous similar threads.
IMHO there are two options on the std H4 bulbs :
Osram cool blues and Philips vision plus, I have used both and found the resulting light better than the std units.
The Osrams i used for approx 2 years, liked them so much I fitted them 2 the better 1/2s car as well
The vision plus I`ve only recently started using in the Scoob but the resulting light is similar (possibly not quite as white) as that of the Osrams
