Default Sidelight issue.

Alright all.

Came home from work tonight to find one sidelight flashing and the other out all together,
took the bulbs out and swapped them sides to see if it was the bulbs but this has just made it worse
as they've both chucked it now, i also looked for a fuse in both compartments but there doesn't
seem to be one for sidelights.

Any help would be appreciated before i take it to an auto electrician to find the fault.

My car is a 98 UK Terzo and the bulbs are LED so as far as i'm aware shouldn't blow.

Thanks,

Craig.

an led bulb can only be fitted one way, try taking the bulb out and turning it 1/2 turn.
i fitted led sidelight bulbs to my blobeye and both werent working, then turned then 1/2 turn and hey presto they came on.

Thanks for the replys.

I'll try normal bulbs tomorrow and see what happens.

I don't think it's the way there fitted as they've worked fine
for the 2 years i've owned the car.

Check your earth connections from both bulbs, you'd be surprised how many times a poor earth causes faults like this.
