Try here: Milsport, but tbh, I think you'll struggle to get a clear one. ALL the aftermarket ones I've ever seen were red.
Dealer MAY be an answer, (but may be shirty because the V5 was only an import), or a breakers, but the spoilers are as rare as hen's teeth. They MAY have some broken ones they will strip the light out of..........
I usually google subaru breakers.

I hope the V5 ones aren't as expensive as the V4 mid level ones. I had one of these spoilers on my first Scoob, a Sport. The light didn't work due to dead LED's, Subaru wanted nearly £147 for the led panel after I got the part number
Sometimes a company on Ebay sells the whole light for the spoilers. Can't remember their name, but was about £20 if I remember correctly.
