Hi, i have a 93 classic wrx. just failed its mot on headlights.
this is the problem. switch on they are fine. flash drivers comes on. full (stalk forward) they all go off. weird.
could it be a relay prob or a short in the wiring?
There are two relays. one labeled R/H one L/H if i take the lh one out they both go off.
PLease help. going mad.

Maybe from a main Stealer, have you tried taking one out and going to a car shop? Halfords? Or identify it and look on Vehicle Wiring Products Ltd. Suppliers of auto electrical parts.
THAT is where I would start: get that right first. WHY are they melted? Poor connection leading to overheating? Higher wattage bulbs? Get them sorted and then look at relays. That website I mentioned will do parts for the connectors too.
