Hi, just a quick question, will facelift clocks, with the fuel/temp gauges on the left fit into a pre facelift car with the fuel/tem either side? Just wondered if they use the same wiring? Mines a cable speedo.

if the speedo is a mechanical cable affair then I would say no. The facelift clocks are all electric - including the speedo

 

As above, it's a nightmare to do, apparently.

 

Ok, thanks for the replies. I was interested in doing the lockwood white dial mod, which is a pain to do, so thought it'd be easyer( and look better!) to fit facelift white dials. Never mind!
