Stebel Nautilus Air Horn
Having decided my bugeye's noddy horn was no longer up to the job I bought one of these Stebel Nautilus Compact Air Horns. Despite being 'compact' it's still quite big. Was just wondering if anyone had one fitted and where they put it. Any info would appreciated and pic's even better.

Fitted a Stebel Nautilus compact to MY07 STi..
It works ok in short bursts but when used for a couple of seconds it blows the 15amp fuse??
Anyone know why?
Sure it's been mentioned, the OE wiring isn't up to the job..

Easy enough cure:
Purchase a standard on/off four terminal relay, preferably fused), from a decent carshop, ebay or here: www.vehiclewiringparts.co.uk, around £7.
Using reasonably thick wire, run a short-ish cable via a fuse, (unless you managed to get a fused relay), from battery +ve to relay terminal 30.
Then another in the same thickness cable from relay terminal 87 to your horn.
In the same thickness, run from horn to earth or car bodywork or battery -ve.
Finally, connect the car's original horn supply to relay terminal 85 and take a thin wire from terminal 86 to earth.
