I have a 00V Classic Impreza.
Trying to change the bulbs which light up the heater controls in the centre console.
I've tried to take the centre dash apart and got the stereo and side trim off, along with several screws. However, I can't seem to pull out the actual heater control unit to get to the back of it.
Is there an easy way to change the bulb/bulbs and does anyone know which type bulbs are required?

This is exactly what I've been trying today and I'm STUCK! Any progress on this yet? I can probably botch my way through replacing the bulbs but I don't know what type to buy...
