Headlight relay?

Where is the headlight relay on a 95 v2 sti impreza? just bought a hid kit and it says to use relay. but i have a modern small block relay. in the instructions it shows a big black box with fins on it. Have i got two of thoose??please help

Did the kit not come with a relay? TBH, the instructions are probably referring to an extra relay to feed the ballasts rather than the OE one on your car.
