I have 1995 subaru impreza i know where the main fuse box is but was wondering if there was a second anywhere?

Right hand side of accelerator pedal, behind the trim on the "side panel" (dash board lights etc).

 

found the second fuse box thanks, tested it and none of the fuses are working (no live wire going to the fuse). anyone know what i am to do now?

 

have you checked the fuses under the bonnet? i am pretty sure the main feed that comes in is a pretty serious bit of wire and runs along the bulkhead behind the dash, right pig to get to, but i would say you got a serious problem if thats gone, and i wouldnt play with it either, i would have thought thats fire territory.
Although it could be as simple as the wire has broken at the plug behind it. Whatever you do, make damn sure the battery is unplugged.
