I am looking for a pair of spot lights for my '96 WRX, anybody outthere who has anything to sell or cab give me advice where to buy?

Matey, i have these fitted to my rb5, unreal light and work with main beam. very bright with 120watt bulbs in each unit.

They come with full wiring/fitting kit and brackets, a bit pricey but well worth it IMHO:
