Default Classic lights

Well after owning my new scoob for a few weeks I've decided that the headlights are as bad as my old MX-5! (don't start on that, it was turbo'd running at 243bhp :-), so not too girly!)
Anyway, I wondered if any companies did proper projecter headlight units for the classic? Or is my only option uprated bulbs?
Thanks muchly!
Rob

i have seen angel eye front lights, smoked and clear, but personally i dont think they look that nice on a scoob , or u can get crystal lights which look pretty sweet if u upgrade the whole lot. best place to look is prob fleabay , they always have loads of lights n u can prob get a good idea from the pics there?

There are no projector lights made specifically for a classic, sorry.

There has been a long-running thread on here recently where Darms, iirc, fitted projectors off a Beemer into classic MY 2000 lights. Here: https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-o...t-project.html

And another similar thread here: https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-o...l-93-96-a.html
If neither of these suits you, you could go for Morettes which use Cibie lighting and are FAR better than stock lights.

DON'T bother with crystal lights, they are no better than the earlier lights.

And I've not heard much good about Angel Eyes either, melting looms, no dips on with main beam, poor focusing etc.

Thanks for the info! I've seen some projectors on ebay but guessing they're not that good and/or illegal? Does anyone have any more info on these?
Thanks
