Sorry about that, I wrongly thought you were asking about the headlamps.
As has been said, The origonal fittment was a fog lamp, but PIAA do an official Driving Lamp conversion kit.
The lamp units you have fitted are the same size and shape as the old fog lamps but have different lenses to produce a different beam pattern(Yours should have a clear lense). Both versions however use the same Bulb (H3)
When the conversion kit is fitted, the function of the lamps change to allow them to come on with main beam.
You could replace your blown bulb with any make of H3, or if you want some serious light from them, PIAA do a Pair of Platinum White Bulbs (part no: HE271)

Thanks for the replies, I should have been clearer in my original post.
I personally didn't know there was difference between fogs and driving lights, just I heard the latter mentioned a lot more on here, so assumed that was the common name.
I was looking to replace the bulb, but after finally managing to get to the bulb, it looks like it hasn't blown at all. So further investigation is needed on my part.

You appear to have a set of PIAA driving lights, correctly wired to come on with main beam and go off with dip, around £250 worth, lucky.
Check that connections are present from BOTH lights to relay, terminal 87, and from both lights to suitable earth, preferably battery -ve.
DON'T assume that just because the filament of a halogen bulb LOOKS OK, it IS OK. If in doubt, flash it across the battery with a help from a short piece of wire, don't touch the glass, and don't hold it on for very long 'cos it gets fekkin hot
If you need new bulbs, buy a pair of H3's in the gold boxes on BOGOF from Halfords, 50% uprated.

Thanks. I'll check it out.
I always wondered why I had a huge PIAA relay under the bonnet.
I recently had a foul coming from the washer fluid. So took of the washer tank completley, I may have disturbed a connection. I should have really tested the non working bulb, in the working light. But didn't.
Shame they are 250's worth. Both are chipped, and one is very corroded, you can actually see plenty of rust inside.
Shame you can't get replacment lenses.

Are you sure you can't? Try Demon Tweeks, they do spares etc.
Also, the lamps themselves aren't £250, that was the price for the kit, inc wiring, brackets and instructions
Just checked, PIAA LAMPS
About three quarters of the way down the page, spare reflectors, £47 each
