Default Defi Gauges

I am going to have an 'Ecutek' remap next month courtesy of Bob Rawle. Once this is done I am looking to purchase a set of Defi gauges, help keep an eye on things. The usual selection Oil/Water temp and boost. What I need to know is how much they will set me back (expect around £450ish) also what is involved in the fitting. My car is a MY99 Impreza. I hope to be fitting them in the centre storage box (on top of dash) with the unit in the cup holder, is this possible. Thanks in advance

Mine came from Scoobymania, pod and all. You'll almost certainly need an adaptor for the oil temp gauge, but the others are easy.
Fitting will take about 8 hours with plenty of coffee breaks, if you DIY. Do a search on here for fitting advice, there's been a few recently. Also look on chiark.co.uk

If you ask Bob, he'll probably tell you the same: better to get the gauges fitted BEFORE the remap, esp. the boost gauge

Yes mate, exactly like that. They look really good. I will have a chat with Bob and research the fitting. I will try and post a picture when I have them fitted. If they look like yours when I'm done, I'll be a happy man. Cheers
