Sorry can't help you, but i hope you find out. I would be really keen to know as i have though about changing my lights, but don't like the look of the side lights. I think they look totally out of place with the Morettes (IMHO !!)

Good luck

Simon

I was hoping to find some kind of small circular light with a vent behind, like a mini version of a 01 morette light.

no such luck tho.

Had my sidelights painted blue.

Moved the sidelight bulb to the outer lamp on the morettes (there is a hole there for it AFAIK).

Job done !!

Pete,
been thinking about this myself. Am tempted to put the sidelight into the morettes - Mole, how did you do this? what blubs did you use?

If I was to do this then I've been thinking about putting the indicator lights into the sidelight housing, then using those silver bulbs that flash orange. might look good. but what about the existing indicators? remove them? keep them (dual indicator setup? in sidelight and normal position?)

Guess I could spray paint the sidelight, but not sure it would look that good.

great mind think alike! I was just thinking about the brake duct instead of indicator thing. however, the new brakes that I might be getting might not need extra cooling, which would be nice, but still give a problem!

think I'll keep my sidelights as they are, or maybe put sidelights in the morettes AND the sidelights, now that would be cool! would it still be legal though?

I've got the sidelights in both the Morettes and the original perspex blobs and will be moving the indicators in with the original sidelights at the weekend - I know it's been done before and I've got piccies somewhere which I'll post when I find them

Can you get orange or silver/orange bulbs to fit the sidelights ?
Think they are W5W.

Thats exactly what im thinking of doing as well willo

Turn the front indicators into another brake cooling duct (doubt you could feed it into the engine bay, not enough room).

how about.....

sidelight goes into morette.
exsting sidelight becomes (rather large) indicator
existing front bumper indicators become brake cooling ducts?

(like having an extra set of kidney grilles above the orange ones, or meshed from behind after some tidying.)

(or cold air feed on the passenger sides to the induction kit area.......)

anyone know if this is possible??
