Down by your right knee there's a little lever, pull that which will release the bonnet. Open the bonnet. Pull the plug off the back of the bulb. Release the spring clip. Remove the bulb. Read the bulb type off the metal flange if you can't tell by looking at it.
Will be one of these here. Go Bulbs Available, View Bulbs by Fitting. It'll most likely be H1, H4 or H7.
H1 is the older style single filament bulb (ie dip or main but not both), it has a single small spade type terminal on the back and earths through the mounting ring. It'll be used if the outer light is dip only and the inner light is main only.
H4 is the dual filament bulb, easy to recognise as it has three spade type terminals on the back. It'll be used if the inner light is main only and the outer light is both dip and main.
H7 is the modern equivalent of the H1 I guess, single filament but two terminals on the back.
