Removing Sidelights

I know taht it tells you what to do in teh handbook but if onyl it was always that easy.
I undid the screw and then you are supposed to pull towards you.
Got the passneger side one out easy but the driver side one is very stiff.
Any tips for a hassle free without breaking it. The only leverage seems to be the screw socket
Anyone

I tried this a while ago, had the same as you, passenger side easy peasy. But the drivers side was a nightmare.....pulled it enough to wedge my finger in between the sidelight and headlight then yanked.....takes a lot of force and the thing flew out of the socket (luckily no damage). When i put it back in i decided to take the ball socket thing, which was the thing holding it on soooo tight, out. This is ok for me because i have headlamp protectors but if you dont have these then the sidelight will be a bit wobbley.
Hope that helps
