i have just noticed that my 93 wrx does not have a rear fog light. now i am not very good with electrics so can anyone give me an idiots guide to fitting a rear fog light. i have a fog light switch that does nothing but there are no fog lights at all.

 

I like many others put a red LED bulb in one of the reverse lights after wiring this up to a switch on the dash. As long as a light can be seen to come on then it should pass the test. My local tester says that a single red LED would pass!!

 

I'll be doing this tomorrow if my car arrives.
As above, easiest way is to cut the +ve wire going to the driver's side reverse light, and join the wire going to the bulb holder onto the wire from the rear fog light switch.
eBay has loads of 382 LED clusters.
