If I fit Cibie's, Hella's PIAA myself will it affect the warranty

Only if the new part plays a part in the warranty claim

ie if you have an engine problem they will not be able invalidate your warranty because you have a different set of lights

Given the cr@p job a Subaru dealer initially made of my PIAA's I'd do it myself or get a good auto electrician to do it!
