Cig lighter, folding mirroirs

Cig lighter, folding mirroirs
I have a 1999 sti type R
This morning I noticed that I had no power to my cig lighter as I use this to power up my sat nav and road angel. 5 minutes later I noticed that my outside mirroirs no longer folded in nor could I adjust them internally via the central switches.
Could all this be connected like a blown fuse. If so what i am looking for in the fuse box which is situated passenger side of the engine bay.
Any help gratefully received!!
