Hi Guys.

Not for me but my brother and his Vectra V6. It's had Xenon lights fitted as an extra, but it's proving the ultimate gremlin...

One headlight intermittently failed, so the garage replaced the who caboodle. Fine for 6 months. Now it's started again and twice he's been to the dealer and, you guessed it, the lights worked fine and they said they couldn't find anything wrong.

There's no apparent pattern other than it's always the driver's side dipped beam that suddenly decides not to work.

My bro's getting nowhere with the dealer and he's as technically inept as me - anyone got any ideas/suffered similar problems?

I had a corroded fuse connection that gave me a few probs 'til I whipped it out and cleaned it. However, I've got a SS wiring loom for Cibs that I've adapted for use with the HID spots. Check for any non factory fitted wiring & check connections.
