How do I Update my Built in Sat Nav (Forester 2.5XT)?

I thought my new(ish) Forester's Sat Nav would be pretty much up to date, but it thought I was tearing across farmer's fields whilst on the Baldock bypass.

Anyone know where I can get an update from??

Maps are generally out of date straight away with new roads. If your system requires a DVD for the data, then you will need next years disc to update yours
