Fit some spots in place of the useless foglights. The old Scoobysport used to do a kit based around CIBIE Oscar+ and Subaru did (and maybe still do) a conversion using PIAA lamps.

I've got the Scoobysport kit on my MY95, and it's like the difference between night and day.

Edited to say that MRT do an up to date kit based on CIBIES - http://www.mrtrally.com.au/performance/spotlightkit.htm

Getting rid of the fogs completly as a 99/00 spec bumper will be fitted with fog lamp covers shortly, i.m going to have the covers fitted so they cannot be taken off. (ie. stolen)
