Lightbulb Kenwood double din unit - help needed

Hi,

I'm trying to find information to identify the 14 pins (ie. power/speakers etc) on the back of a GX-401EF2 Kenwood double din unit as fitted to later Imprezas

Thanks

I haven't got a handbook which is why I'm trying the forum.

If someone with a handbook could post I would appreciate it.

Doubt the handbook would have the pin out (may be wrong). Anyway, check the reply to your double post in the ICE section.

Dude the best and easyest way to do this is spend the $15 to $20 bucks at a sound shop or go to walmart and get the wireing harness. This harnes has the factory connectors on one side and bare wire on the other labled with all the connections you need. Crip the bare wire to your new radio's harness (following the lables on the wires) then just plug into factory harness in dash and you are done. Nice simple easy installation. BTW I have installed a Kenwood DDX-7015. Looks factory.
