Lightbulb Fuse problem

I was trying to change one of the number plate bulbs on my 2000 classic turbo and I saw a spark - assume I blew a fuse - the other bulb also stopped working.
Checked the manual and there is no separate fuse for the licence plate bulbs.
Also noticed that the front and rear fog lamps no longer work, although when I check the fuses for these, they were both fine.

Can anyone advise what has caused the fogs and number plate lights to go?

Thanks.

definately a fuse your foglights are not working now as there is no sidelight feed to the switch.
check all the fuses again (ALL) you will 100% find a blown fuse .
