Laserline Alarm Immobilised CAR

Laserline Alarm Immobilised CAR
Hi,
I have a golf gti 95. It was fitted with a Alarm - Immob Laserline one with the crappy key you need to disable the immobiliser.
Recently the battery went flat think this was due to radio or light being left on but not sure. I have tried jumping the Car but the imobiliser light stays on and all 4 indicator lights stay on permanent whilst the jumps leads are attached. I Cannot obviously start the car until I find a way of disarming the immobiliser and I dont have a keyFob (plipper) for the alarm anyway .
Any idea what I should do?
