I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has swapped the U8 ECU for a Z4/5 in a 93 WRX.
What effects did you notice?
Are the Z4/5s a better bet, or won't it be worth changing?

Id defo say its worth it mate. The z4 gives better power, better boost control and runs better on uk fuel. Mine runs great on optimax alone.
I swapped my 3B ecu and td04 for a z4 ecu and td05 turbo.
Go for it.
