One of the illumination bulbs blew in the heater control panel, and now, the air con won't work if the lights are on :$, it's a JDM MY'96 WRX.

the cigarette illumination works, as does the clusters, but not the heater panel.

Anyone have any ideas? all fuses have been checked and bulbs checked.

Also the reverse lights have packed up
