Morettes or standard STi Bugeye Lights
Just wondering I have a bugeye with the STI lights, whats the general consensus, swap for morettes or keep std. For and against advice would be appreciated.

I have a Bugeye with STi lights (JDM) and I think it looks great. No intention of changing them!

Depends whether you want poseur value or to actually see with them?
I went from std bugeye lights (that weren't too bad with hindsight) to Prodrive/UK300 ones with HID and thought they were a bit hopeless. Eventually found some JDM STi HID ones and these were awesome but took a fair bit of work to get the HID and leveling sorted.
I never had morettes (because I couldn't swap the grille with them) but had a ride in a bugeye with them and candles would have been better for the amount you could see... (IMO)
I've currently got an '05 STi and the standard lights aren't bad but I might still keep an eye out for a set of JDM HIDs just in case... It seems like the STi generally gets more "sorted" equipment on it
