Question PIAA Driving Lamps

Hi,well after a 6 month spell with my Shogun I've decided it was a dreadfull mistake and I pick up MY04 WRX this Saturday. (Previously had MY99).

Question is when I sold MY99 I kept the PIAA driving lamps. Will they fit a MY04 WRX?

Cheers

Don't know the answer myself, but a call to Prodrive wiil answer it, since they designed the PIAA set and those for the new age.

The older PIAA kit won't fit the 04MY car so we developed a new kit. Part number is SACC2569.

It wouldn't be difficult to make them fit, by just fabricating some new brackets

I managed to fit them to my MY00 without the brackets - by drilling a 10mm hole through the bumper and the foglamp bracket backplate.

If you remove the indicators, you can get a spanner in behind the bumper to tighten the nut and adjust the lamp.

I also attatched a small piece of sticky backed foam to the bumper above the lamps, to prevent them from vibrating when driving overa bumpy surface.
