arron aren't the lights in the Wr1 better than those of the std wrx anyways?
I thought they were hid lights in the Wr1?
The lights in my Bugeye'd Sti are certainly different and brighter than a wrx's?
interesting thread though because the lights on my Sti are NOTHING compared to the wife's Range Rover........... daylight or what.

I do miss my bi-xenon`s that were in my M3!!!
I retro fitted some xenon`s in my STI but it had the diffuser type capsule already fitted so the elements went straight in.
The WR1 has normal type halogen lights.
The driving lamps seem to be very bright and have a slight blue tinge to them but cant drive around on full beam all the time!!!.
Headlights in general are brighter than my old P1 and sti but want a bit more on dip!!>???????

Ahh I see.
My mate showered me with bloody stones so I had to lift I`m afraid.
Shame cos I wanted to see what performance between the 3 cars was like.
The Skyline is circa 450 horse so it would have romped away a bit.
Not sure whether I would have got away from the Evo????
I guess I would have showered you with stones too tho.
The bypass is a dirty road better down the A1.
Good roundabout to get the car out of shape on tho the one at the end.
Do you live in Town?

Has anyone retro fitted the Autolamps HDI kit into an STI8 headlight unit??
The STI7 had the diffuser inside so the after market kit fitted in no problem but the WR1 and STI8 just has a normal headlight unit.
The Autolamps kit I fitted to my 7 was ok not on the Bimmer brightness but ok for £350.

Things can always be made better.
I bought the car with the intention of doing all the bits that I have planned.
That full suspension change.....FOR ME.......better lights maybe as I did that to may last car and better tyres when these crappy Pirelli`s are fooked which I am doing my best to do as soon as possible.
Also having an Origin B2 with Laser jammer installed and a full ICE install with Motorola handsfree bluetooth car kit oh and my Smart Nav re-installed.
The base car is very good but I am a fussy ****** now **** off!!
