No, because the car doesn't have headlight washers fitted, which are a requirement if (and only if) HID lights are installed. Odd, I know, but you'll need to swap the HID lights for ordinary 12V units for the test.

The whole unit, I'm afraid. You might well find that there are companies out there who will do this as part of an SVA preparation service, without having to pay for a set of lights yourself. It's an SVA requirement but not an MOT requirement, you see
