looking to fit a HID low beam kit to my MY03 STI but was wondering how good it works with the oem light shape.

Nathan L has them on his 03 JDM STi, and teh light quality on them is excellent.

I know the JDM's come in with them on but is the lens different to me converting a UK car?

Dip or main beam? Or both? Opps just read the question properly....

I had HID on a MY02 blob eye STi and the light from both dip and main beam was excellent.

Dip beam cut off at the top was so sharp it was incredible, full light below, razor sharp cut off line then nothing above. Not sure how the cut off works with the fish eye lens but it certainly works very well. Main beam was just as good, good light, good range and good focus.

I would expect MY03 to be better as it's bigger lenses and reflectors so more room to play with but not done it or seen it myself.
