Default MucCulloch HID Lights for a Sti 8.........

are they any good ? or is there a better system out there ( I know it won't be cheap ! )

Me & 1 other are considering HID's for the STI8's so any advise as above please on costs, good/bad.

Maddog - never heard of MucCulloch kits so can't comment...

try Autolamps Online for info on HID kit prices - you'll probably need H1 bulbs for dipped beam (but check first before ordering), ballast units and a power switching relay plus some wiring to link it all together - all part of the kit unless you want to buy everything seperately

The colour temperature of the bulbs is up to you:
6100K for Audi / BMW etc poseur blue look
4200K for slightly "warmer" but still white looking and 20% brighter than 6100K bulbs...

There was a g/buy quite a while ago through Autolamps and people seem to be happy with the stuff and the difference you get on the road

Second that. I've got Autolamps on line HID's on dip and main. Fantastic.
