Which driving lights ?

Gizmo,
I have the PIAA Spots and headlamp bulbs Superwhites all round and they are pretty impressive. When you overtake on a country road and slap on the main beam the competition pales into the shadows! Only problem is they are a little sensitive and tend to blow quite frequently. There have been positive comments about the new Cibie 130 watt bulbs too so worth a search.

Cibies fit tighter into the holes so are more awkward to fit, but also more difficult to nick - I've heard of some PIAA's going walkabout.
Scoobysport can also supply clear plastic covers which are almost essential with lights that low - I'm not sure if PIAA do them.
The only 'problems' with either light is that you can hardly see when you turn off high beam - the difference is that great and also you get dazzled by reflective road signs.
Overall they're the best mod I made to my car as without them I cant use most of the performance on unlit roads.
As has already been stated availability can be an issue and will only get worse as the nights draw in........
Morettes - well it depends if you like the look really.
