Driving lamps 03 Sti.
Dealer told me that the driving lamps for the 03 Sti will be available soon. Sorry no dates.

Eh? Wish folk would either stop using dem silly numbers, or start using them correctly. The STi8 (if there is such a thing) is the 2002 model year "bugeye", and driving lights for those have been available for ages.
If you meant driving lights for the 2003/2004 STi's, they're (if you're going to give them a number) STi9's and 10's, and thus the black car you were looking at is an STi10.
If you don't believe me, ask the people who make the cars.
