Lightbulb

How easy is it to replace the std H4 headlamp bulbs?

Assuming that the MY99 is similar to the MY00 - then very easy. Just pull of the connector at the back of the light, remove the plastic/rubber surround and release the spring clip that holds the bulb in place. Shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes - just remember to wipe the new bulbs over with white spirit or something similar to remove any grease and avoid hotspots on the bulbs.
