Changing Bulbs
#1
I suspect that its fairly straight forward to change the headlamp bulbs but before I get halfway through and find its a nightmare is there anything to look out for?

Just changed n/s headlamp bulb about half an hour ago - it took me about 1 minute.
Pull off rubber shrouded connector. Remove rubber seal by easing up from the bottom. Push spring clips together and release bulb. Insert new bulb taking care to align locating lugs correctly in holder. Reverse the previous steps. Job done.
Hope this helps
Cheers

Thanks
Figured it had to be simple, done it before on other cars just did not want to get caught halfway through the job with the light going and then not being able to see to revert.
Cheers just getting a little paranoid in my old age

On the driver's side of the engine bay, I've got what looks like a flattened black air intake tube, which might have something to do with the air conditioning (- as you can probably guess, I am severely non-technical!).
Presumably this thing has to be taken off to get at the headlight on that side?

The black flat thing is part of the air intake system
You just undo the blt and remove it, or twist it round !
This bits obvious, but DO NOT touch the glass on the bulbs !!! or they will blow the first time they get hot!
Sorry if you all knew that but some people dont !!!
