Headlamp adjustment instructions - MY00

To save anyone else the bother in future..
On an MY00, if you look at the wing end of the back of the headlights, you will see a long screw pointing up towards you with a combined 8mm plus Phillips head.
Anticlockwise to raise, clockwise to lower (the range of adjustment is hooge!).
The horizontal adjustment is the obvious adjuster pointing backwards from the top of the h/lamp housing. Don't know which way doeswhat as they didn't need moving.

If you've tried adjusting it, does it improve the crappy dipped beam much? I'll give it a go this weekend anyway and hopefully I'll be able to see more than 20ft ahead at night!
