Fitting Boost Gauges
Hello all,
just fitted a boost gauge to my 2002 WRX. Managed to do the engine connection with no problems , but cannot work out the electrical connection for love nor money.
I understand that this should be connected to the fog light switch. My front fog switch has 5 wires - 2 purple, 2 black and a yellow. Rear has 2 black, 1 purple, one red, one yellow and one green.
Gauge has 3 wires, ground, +12v and night light connection.
Two questions:-
1 - Connect it to front or rear?
2 - Which wires do I need to tap into?
All assistance gratefully received....

If you use a test light in the back of the switch, you should be able to find a live when the lights are switched on. Use this for the live feed and find an earth for the return wire.
