How long do you need to heat MY03 lights to get them apart?

How long and at what temperature do I need to put my lights in the oven to get them apart?

I remember there was a guide on here a while ago but I'll be buggered if I can find it now.

Nope.

The left right angle adjuster has come apart and won't go back together. So I need to get it apart to sort it out.

Ended up heating them for 10 minutes at 100 degrees C.

Perfect, lights came apart easily.
