Any hints or tips? Did you need to changed the polarity?

I've fitted two kits to my STi7, dip and main beam. Don't understand your question though. Are you talking about the polarity on the autolamps loom? Or are you talking about the odd main beam "signal" where 12V is off and 0v is on?

The hardware fitted very easily, bulb out, "burner" in, ballast box tyrapped onto somewhere handy. The autolamps loom was OK but with two on each side it got a bit messy so I made my own with relays under the dash near the fusebox.

Cheers for the reply. Yep I was refering to the loom polarity.

In that case, can't comment as I didn't use it. I suspect you may need to juggle 12V and earths at the relay trigger pins as the main beam is switched **** about face.
